Individual coaching is right for you if:

  • You're motivated and committed to change.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself, your needs, your dreams, and a sense of clarity in your next steps.

  • You struggle to give language to your difficult emotions and use your voice to express your wants/needs and speak your truth.

  • You’re tired of feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and exhausted all the time.

  • Pleasing/perfecting get in the way of making decisions, having fulfilling relationships, being yourself, taking risks and having fun.

  • You want to feel more connected to and rely on your inner guidance system in your daily life.

  • You believe a Higher Power (no matter what you call it) offers guidance, support and wants nothing but the best for you.

  • You believe YOU and your fulfillment in life are worth the investment!

Individual coaching is not right for you if:

  • You are not 100% committed to change.

  • You are committed to all the reasons it never works out for you.

  • Being right or doing it perfectly is more important to you than being happy.

  • You don't believe your fulfillment is as important as other people or commitments in your life.

  • You're not willing to be vulnerable and get outside your comfort zone or have challenging conversations.

  • Fear of change is scarier than staying in your current situation.

Relationship Coaching

We all deserve to be seen, heard and valued in relationship.

Nothing is more painful and confounding than feeling misunderstood and disconnected from those in our lives. Learning new ways of relating can change the trajectory of your entire relationship! Create a deep sense of connection with your loved ones that sustains through the years and allows for inspired co-creation.

 
 

Relationship coaching is right for you if:

  • You are struggling in an important relationship in your life (e.g. parent, child, business partner, friend, romantic partner).

  • You are entering into a new partnership and would like to maximize your fulfillment and success by creating a common language and process for communication and decision-making.

  • All parties are feeling disconnected and cannot seem to move past a particular conflict or pattern.

  • All parties are deeply committed to cultivating connection to determine next best steps in the relationship.

  • All parties desire for everyone to feel seen, heard and valued.

  • Everyone is ready for change and therefore, willing to allow themselves to be seen and heard - even if it's uncomfortable or scary.

  • All parties are ready to examine their part in what's not working and are willing to make changes.

 

Relationship coaching is not right for you if:

  • One or more parties are committed to blaming, criticism, and being the victim.

  • You fear change and uncertainty more than staying uncomfortable and disconnected in the relationship.

  • You believe the other person is the problem and needs to change.

  • You have significant and unprocessed trauma or traumatic events in your relationship history (in this case, a therapist/counselor or trauma specialist would be more appropriate).

  • You would rather be right than be happy.
