Ellen Marie Tanner speaking to an audience about organizational culture, leadership, burnout prevention, and sustainable workplace change.

For organizations who want to be on the front lines of change…

And leaders who are ready to hear hard truths and do the deep work, not just bandaids.

You only need the willingness to see things differently & the belief that change is possible

Problems We Solve:

  • Staff burnout that's affecting morale, engagement, or retention

  • Teams navigating major change or uncertainty

  • Scarcity thinking that's limiting potential within the organization

  • A system that pits staff wellbeing against client, patient, or student outcomes — when the two actually depend on each other

What People Leave With:

Individuals:

  • A more honest relationship to their own capacity

  • Practical tools for protecting and replenishing energy

A shift from reacting to change to moving through it with intention

Organizations:

  • A shared language for sustainability and culture change

  • Staff who are more likely to stay

  • A team that looks for what's possible, rather than defaulting to what's not

  • A framework for navigating uncertainty together

I was most impressed with Ellen and Kevin’s attention to detail, finetuning large amounts of data and then bringing it back to us in our second workshop. Seeing the data analysis from the last 3 years (!) compiled and categorized in reflection of the values we settled on in the first workshop was so impactful. It is much easier to digest and take action on when the data is synthesized and held up next to our organizational values.

It was clear that they had spent much time with the data, culling through the stories. I was moved by their passion and gratitude for our work as a result of seeing the feedback from three years of data. They brought their full selves to the work and it was the most meaningful consultation I’ve ever been a part of.

Weaving our volunteer survey data together with our values work. I found the the second workshop to be even more impactful than the first. The way that our volunteer surveys were unpacked and summarized was HUGELY helpful. Getting to see a third party work out the themes, strengths, and opportunities brought us from just asking some questions to really being able to do something with that data. As a values driven-organization, it helped make sure we’re really going to act upon who we say we are.
